So let’s take a look at habits. Your mind has two parts, the conscious part, (which is everything that you are aware of right now), and the unconscious part, which is everything else. The role of the unconscious mind is to take care of everything you can’t pay attention to at one time, in order to keep you safe - FOR SURVIVAL!
